Bright, clean, friendly little take-out/delivery sushi place - a great addition to the hamlet of Oyster Bay. Very generous portions (sushi), super fresh. Hamachi sashimi appetizer was terrific. Spring rolls crunchy and light. Lucky roll and shrimp sui-mei really good. Love not having to go to Syosset for sushi! Not really a sit down place - two tables. And Pizza is two doors down - food for the whole family.
Food was great and well prepared! I had the Vegetable Gyoza, Shrimp Pad Thai and Shrimp Yaki Udon. Great menu! Lots of choices. Enjoy!

Fuji sushi is great. They have good food good atmosphere and good prices have been many times and it’s overall a great experience. They even give us in a race. These packages that help our kids get packed up for school. This is why Susie is an excellent restaurant and I recommended to anyone

I ordered two lunch specials: the “Any Two Rolls” and a Bento Box with chicken teriyaki. You may choose a miso soup or a salad. For the rolls, I chose the cucumber roll and the sweet potato roll. Both came with miso soup, which was delicious. The service was quick, and everyone was friendly. They have a few tables inside if you’d like to dine in. The food was well-packaged with plenty of napkins, utensils, and chopsticks. I brought my meal to the nearby beach to enjoy it, and everything was fresh and absolutely delicious. I highly recommend Fuji Sushi and will definitely be coming back to try more from their menu!
